HOW TO PAY:
All goods are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The price shown on each item is the
purchase price before the addition of any tax, packaging and freight costs.
Any purchases from within Australia will attract the Australian Goods and Services Tax.

Australian Shoppers
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Australian Bankcard and American Express. You can
also pay by Electronic Funds Transfer. Simply use Account as your payment method
entering account number 9999 and we will email you with our bank account details.

All Overseas Shoppers
Because of difficulties with credit card transactions from outside Australia, we have an
obligation to our customers to protect their credit card from fraudulent use by others.
For this reason ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA are required to be
paid by Electronic Funds Transfer.
When ordering, simply use Account as your
payment method entering account number 9999 and we will email you with our bank
account details. Freight charges will also be advised to overseas shoppers at that stage.

FREIGHT & HANDLING:
We use FASTWAY COURIERS "door to door" delivery for all our products.
It's easy to keep track of your parcels with the on-line Fastway Couriers track and
trace site. Visit the website at www.fastway.org then click on the track and trace
icon, and enter the tracking number provided with your despatch confirmation.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery to some remote locations.
Please feel free to contact us at any time should you be concerned about the delivery of your order.

RETURNS:
Should there be any fault with an item purchased from us, you must contact us by email
to advise of the nature of the fault within seven days of receipt. The item must then be
returned to us, in its original, unused condition, along with the packaging and any
accessories. On receipt of the returned item, we will replace the item where possible,
and refund you any shipping cost involved in returning the item.

RETAIL OUTLETS:
To enable you a more personalised shopping experience and to "see and feel" our
product first hand, we have included a list of retail outlets and stockists for your
convenience. Please refer to our retail list for your closest outlet. We will always advise
you of a retail outlet in your area, however, should you still wish to shop on-line we
